Woodstock Union High School and Middle School will be entering it’s 4th year with a one-to-one environment in the fall of 2013. The initiative began in the 7th grade and fall 2013 will mark the first year with full implementation in grades 7 through 12. In this session, we’ll discuss the origins of the program and our plans to merge school-issued devices in grades 7 through 10 with BYOD in the upper high school grades. We’ll also discuss our successes and challenges in moving the initiative through the middle school and into the high school as well as the student-run help desk/help center, an integral component that is instrumental to the success of the initiative.
